Puffy short sleeve elastic sleeves (that don't want to cut off your blood circulation). The split v neck is flattering as all get up! Things to note....the subtle piping detail is unexpected and so exciting! The shirt is partially lined (leaving only the sleeves out because who needs that ya know)! The peplum hem is the perfect finish to an already perfect shirt! Dress up and get out girl!
