She woke up that morning and simply knew she was going to have an interesting day! Maybe it was the tiny blue floral embroidery, maybe it was the sweet gathered sleeves, but this blouse has the energy of someone who accidentally gets invited to a garden party and somehow becomes the most interesting person there. Who knew a shirt could offer so much while asking for so little.

The soft neutral color keeps it easy and wearable, while the delicate floral details bring that little, 'um so cute'  moment over and over again. The short sleeves and relaxed shape make it breezy, light and effortless, but the tiny details keep it so far from basic. An interesting day it was indeed, she went out to buy flowers and came home with three new friends, a handwritten recipe, a new puppy, a bag scarf, a loaf of sourdough bread and absolutely no regrets.
